The OneTwoFit 48" Silent Mini Trampoline is an ideal way for you to exercise your whole body and complete a richer aerobic exercise. It is equipped with an adjustable handle, making it suitable for both adults and children.

Please note that the trampoline equipment setup requires some physical labor. To ensure a smooth setup process, we recommend reading the user manual and watching the installation video available on YouTube (youtu.be/ICP2Whn6a3E or search for "OneTwoFit" on YouTube). It is best to have two people available for the setup.

Elastic Ropes: The 8MM thickened ropes provide joint-friendly suspension, reduce noise to a maximum extent, and afford more stability.

3 Adjustable T-Shaped Handle: The handle can be adjusted in height from 42.5" to 50.4" (108-128cm) to meet the needs of different users. The foam material handlebar prevents you from flying off onto the floor, and you can also remove the handlebar if you don't need it.

Good Elasticity, Stability, and Silence: The 42 thickened ropes with high tensile strength, thickened stainless steel pipes, and anti-slip pads reduce noise to a maximum extent and provide more stability.

Cautions for Operation: 1. The trampoline armrest is only designed for stabilizing the upper body as an auxiliary support. It cannot support the entire body, so please do not press your whole body weight on the armrest. 2. It is recommended to wear shoes during use to avoid spraining the ankle. 3. The bungee cord is installed in a specific way, not stuck to the pipe. 4. The armrest is designed to be wiggle, which can balance the stress during use and avoid rollover due to uneven distributed loads.

Installation Instructions: 1. Connect each bungee cord diagonally for the best installation (refer to the installation video). 2. Pull up the elastic ropes with the matching special tools. 3. Pull the elastic ropes over the steel frame. 4. Lastly, pull up the elastic rope to catch the beads. 5. Due to the large elasticity, the installation of the elastic ropes can be very challenging. You can squat and use the downward force of your entire body to secure the bungee cord.
