Compact 48 Trampoline with Adjustable Handle for Adult Workout

The OneTwoFit 48" Silent Mini Trampoline is an excellent choice for a full-body workout and invigorating aerobic exercise. Equipped with an adjustable handle, it accommodates both adults and children.

Please note that the trampoline setup requires some physical effort. To assist with the process, we have provided a user manual and an installation video on YouTube (search "OneTwoFit"). It is recommended to have two people available for the setup.

Cautions for Operation: 1. The armrest is designed for upper body stabilization only and should not be used to support the entire body weight. 2. It is recommended to wear shoes during use to prevent ankle sprains. 3. The bungee cord is installed diagonally, not attached to the pipe. 4. The wiggle feature in the armrest helps balance stress and prevent rollover during use. 5. The handle bar can be removed if not needed.

Assembly Instructions: 1. Use the included special tools to pull up the elastic ropes. 2. Place the elastic ropes over the steel frame. 3. Secure the elastic ropes by catching the beads. 4. Due to the high elasticity, the rope installation can be challenging. Squatting and using the body's downward force can help.
